New Docklands venue in full swing!
Monday afternoon (20th November) saw MHF debut in London at our fantastic new Docklands facility. With the first of our lessons getting off to flying start it was a perfect christening of the new facility and partnership with Docklands Equestrian Centre.
The arena itself has an exceptionally good surface and benefits from full floodlighting, being indoors (all weather just doesn't cover it) and a viewing gallery complete with tiered seating for spectators. The venue couldn't be better suited for lessons, chukkas, corporate packages and events.

Ed represents England in FIP WPC, Sydney
MHF Coach and co-founder Ed had the honour of heading over to Sydney Polo Club down in Australia to play for England at the FIP World Polo Championships. The side faced teams from across the globe and held up the name of English Polo dominating their game against India, winning 16 -1. New Zealand were a strong team and just beat the English but then Ed joined and aided the victory over Chile though not quite by enough goals to see them to the final! The English were then facing the USA in the sub-final and the nail-biting polo left a draw leading to an extra chukka where the English managed to put a goal in sealing the match. With the team sponsored by Bentley and representing the country, Ed was interviewed by FOX News alongside teammate Peter Webb and was a fantastic ambassador for MHF abroad! Now back in the UK, Ed is getting stuck into teaching clients at home and playing across the country.
Polocrosse
In an exciting new venture for 2017 we are working with the UKPA (UK Polocrosse Association) to provide training at our all-weather arena in Essex throughout the winter. For those unfamiliar with the sport – picture lacrosse on horseback. As well as providing top class facilities for the emerging arena-polocrosse scene, we are nurturing this exciting sport by providing fantastic horses for those who are new to the game. From your first taster session to playing the A-grade, we have a range of fantastic visiting instructors to guide you along the way.

NEW! - Polo Taster Sessions
Give the game of Kings a go. Our 90 minute taster sessions will take you from the ground practicing your shots to the wooden horse getting the hang of the swing up to riding the polo ponies and ending with your first game (chukka). We have a selection of well-behaved and friendly ponies to look after you regardless of experience so don’t worry if you have never ridden, we can teach you from scratch!
